SM V. EXO?

So, I'm sure you've all heard of the the issues surrounding EXO's Kris' lawsuit against SM Entertainment, but just incase you haven't here it is:

EXO's Kris, leader of EXO-M, has been reported to have filed a lawsuit against one of the richest companies in music entertainment: SM. This has caused a huge amount of chaos in the EXO Fandom as well as those in Super Junior and TVXQ's fandoms as it reminds them of the hardship they too had to endure before. It is claimed that in this lawsuit, Kris made many points similar to those of Super Junior's ex-member Hangeng. While this lawsuit has been filed, nothing has been done about it yet, so to those fans who are worried: There is no confirmation that Kris is in any way leaving the 12-member boy-group. A lawsuit does NOT mean termination of the contract so don't jump to conclusions. However, you can infer that the members are hurting after Suho's lone performance on M!Net Countdown.
